Rzeszow, Hypermarket and Galleria Development A hypermarket and galleria development completed in December 2005. The centre opened on the 13th December and is let to Real, part of the Metro Group. The scheme, worth some EUR 24m, was introduced to Claybark by a Polish developer. Claybark introduced the investor, and Claybark and the introducing party co-managed the project. |
